Stormy
Coady - June 2006 |
We all remember the hurricanes of 2005! Katrina
and Rita brought fear and sadness to so many people. However, between
the devastation there was a little bit of furry sunshine for the
Coady family. The Coady family found this wonderful little joy they
named Stormy between the two hurricanes.
They knew the beautiful little boy would be in trouble if he stayed
so he and his new mom jumped in the truck and evacuated with the
rest of us. Stormy quickly became part of the family and has never
felt more love.
Stormy’s new birthday for the Coady family is February 20,
2005. This year he had a big birthday party with family from Beaumont.
He even got his own paper hat!! His favorite treats are Milk bones,
they're his “Cookies”. Stormy’s loves to play
with his favorite toy - a hard soccer ball, so he doesn’t
rip it up. Stormy loves to run and play fetch. Stormy has many best
friends, everyone loves him. His Grandparents say it's them, Mom
says it's her, but mostly his best friend in the world is a 14-year
old beagle mix, Homer! |
